Comments:. I had hoped to enjoy a substantial tea with my girls. Instead, I enjoyed an interesting atmosphere, excellent service, wonderful tea and inadequate fare. I enjoy the delicacies of the tea experience. It was most unfortunate that the select food to accompany our tea was extremely underwhelming. While enjoying my tea, I listened to the patrons around me. We each appeared to have ordered different trays, yet we all had the same opinion regarding the servings. As I milled around the boutique, I observed that many of the patrons were like myself and enjoying our first experience with Sisters that day. I did enjoy the experience and it appears that the others did, as well. I have, however, revisited my thoughts regarding visiting Sisters often with my girls. Perhaps once or twice, but I could not justify to my companions regularly visiting the establishment. This is such a shame; I had so looked forward to doing so. I will periodically visit the Sisters web site. Perhaps one

Comments:We enjoyed playing dress up and seeing other guests enjoying a bit of fun. I brought my girlfriend and her daughter (who traveled from Lexington for my visit). I have been involved in Customer Service in one form or another for 20 years. I am a tough judge of this industry. I was definitely blown away by the warmth and joy these women exuded as they worked. This was a busy day for the parlor. The women may have been busy, but they never made you feel as though you were being rushed. We enjoyed our teas (amazing variety and quality). My one and only complaint would have been the food that was served on the trays. Since I have grown up with having tea (both at home and professionally served), I have an understanding of what is reasonable, what is excellent and what is adequate. The serving portion was more than unreasonable; they were inadequate and unfortunately unmemorable. I believe that the items were unmemorable due to the serving size and not necessarily the quality. I

Comments:I found Sisters in November 2008 via the internet. I am continually searching for "favorite" spots to enjoy some time with my girlfriends, nieces, Mother and Mother in Law. I was raised having afternoon tea with my Mother and on those bad days having an extra special moment over a cup while my Mother listened to my problems. Everything seamed so much better over a cup of tea. I have carried this tradition on to the next generation and enjoy sharing those moments with my "girls". That is why when I stumbled onto Sisters, I was so very excited. I travel between Indianapolis and Louisville quite often and always have Sunday Brunch before I get back on the road. I visited Sisters for the first time this past Saturday. My first impression was that it was very commercial right when you walk in the door. It is definitely the tea parlor of our generation and not our mother's. I enjoyed browsing the shop and having a cup of tea from the bar. The separate tea rooms were lovely. We
What is your favorite tea? My tea story; It begins generations ago and continues through the generations we are raising. Special moments shared with my Mother are now shared with my girls. The peace and companionship that tea brings has crossed family boundries and rooted itself in fabric of my friendships.

Comments:I enjoyed today's visit with 3 "sisters". The others do not have biological sisters so we have a special bond of friendship. It was a wonderful way to celebrate friendship today. The food was delicious and each of the tea's I sampled from the others was delicious as well. On the way home, we already made plans for our next tea party!

Comments:My Mom found Sisters looking for a fun place to take my 4 year old daughter. We recently moved to La Grange after being out of State for several years. Mom was excited and decided to take myself and my sister in one day to look around. My sister had been having a bad day (boy trouble)so we decided to stay and have a cup of tea to talk it over. During the first cup, I excused myself and went out to the parlor to buy my sister a necklace I saw on the way in. It was a petite charm that said "Lil Sis". I bought it for her because I wanted her to leave that day knowing she had a big sis that was thinking about her. All three of us ended up staying a few hours and after several cups of tea, ended up smiling and laughing. Thank you so much, in a fast pace world so many cafes and shops have lost the charm and comfort they have promised to give. What I thought would just be a fun place to take my daughter ended up being a great place to make memories with the other two special women in
